Summary

Dr. Sharon Moore graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in 1993 and completed a residency in Adult Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1997, where she was involved in treatment and research on Dissociative Disorders. In 1998, she completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Bronx Psychiatric Center Division of Psychiatry and the law. Dr. Moore worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, forensics, and outpatient mental health for veterans. Dr. Moore is Board Certified in Psychiatry. She was on the staff of the Sheppard Pratt Trauma Disorders Program from 2011 to 2016 where she engaged in clinical and teaching responsibilities. Dr. Moore began her tenure as one of the Psychiatrists on the Medical Evaluation Board at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in April 2016.
