Summary
- Nurse scientist conducting translational research exploring nutrition and body composition and their influence on diabetes type 2 risk, particularly among minority populations. I currently teach across all nursing curricular levels (BSN, MSN, PhD) as well as maintain clinical skills as a family nurse practitioner in a community-based hospital setting.
