- I am a Board Certified and Re-certified Pediatrician, working in North West Indiana since 2000. I have been serving in NW Indiana since 2000 in different organizations. I joined Community Health Net in February 2018. I have only one office location. My office hours from June 01, 2024 will be: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 3.00 pm.
