Dr. Shaan Sheth is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for the Forensic ACT Team at The Harris Center. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cases at the intersection of serious mental illness, personality pathology, and the criminal justice system. He completed advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Houston Center for Psychoanalytic Studies and pursued interests in treatment-refractory psychosis, neuromodulation, and women's mental health at Baylor College of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Sheth testifies and conducts certified medical examinations for competency restoration, sanity, and other forensic / civil matters. Dr. Sheth is experienced in caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of clinical settings.
