Dr. Tucker treats all orthopaedic injuries, both non-operative and operative. He has a special interest in treating sports injuries and degenerative conditions of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. This includes rotator cuff repairs, labrum repairs, biceps pain, shoulder instability, as well as primary total and reverse total shoulder replacements. Dr. Tucker is trained to treat all knee pain, including ligament and meniscus tears, cartilage injuries, patella-femoral joint problems, and total knee replacements. He has a special interest in elbow and ankle arthroscopy, which can be used to treat a large number of injuries in these areas and is done through small incisions. Dr. Tucker had excellent orthopaedic trauma training at Tulane through the Charity hospital system and can treat all traumatic orthopaedic injuries.
