- I am an acute care surgeon with clinical interests in surgical fixation of rib fractures and chest wall reconstruction. I also maintain a busy elective general surgery practice with interests in complex abdominal wall hernias, pilonidal disease, colorectal surgery, and dialysis access. My research interests focus on early detection of massive hemorrhage and avoidance of occult shock.
