Summary
- Providing exceptional care to our community is the foundation of my medical practice. That includes listening to each patient’s unique story and providing comprehensive evaluations. My goal is for each patient to leave with a clear explanation and treatment plan. I draw on my experience playing competitive sports and as a former athletic trainer to tailor each patient’s treatments to their personal goals. I aim to optimize their health. Returning people to their favorite activities is my true passion and motivation as a physician.
Clinically, my interests include diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound, regenerative medicine and biomechanics. I use ultrasound to visualize injuries in the clinic. Ultrasound also allows me to accurately perform injections and other regenerative medicine procedures.
My other clinical passion is educating. I use my skill and enjoyment of teaching to ensure my patients understand their condition. We are teammates in their care. I also harness that passion for more widespread education. I use it to create innovative resources such as textbooks and videos to improve sports medicine care for our children and future generations.
