- Dr. Falci is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and completed his neurological surgery residency at Georgetown in 1992. He received his undergraduate training at Princeton University, Princeton, N.J. Dr. Falci initiated and designed the First Transplantation of Embryonic Nerve Cells for Spinal Cord Injury Project at Craig Center for Spinal Cord Research in collaboration with the Spinalis SCI Research Unit, Karolinska Institute, Huddinge University Hospital, Stockholm, and the department of Neurosurgery, University of Uppsala in Sweden. Specialties: Surgical treatment for posttraumatic spinal cord tethering, posttraumatic syringomyelia, posttraumatic neuropathic pain, spinal deformities, skeletal deformities, scoliosis, spasticity, research in neuropathic pain, and stem cell development for spinal cord injury.
Owner of Falci Adaptive Motorsports (FAM). FAM has brought back the speed and the passion for both paraplegic and quadriplegic race car drivers, breaking through barriers for the entire handicapped world.
