Summary

  • My goal as your orthopaedic surgeon is to get you back to the activities you love as safely and efficiently as possible. I pride myself on my ability to truly listen to my patients and thoroughly understand their goals. Whether your passions lie in extreme athletic endeavors, exercising regularly, being able to throw a football with your middle schooler, or if your goal is simply to be pain-free as you navigate your daily activities, I am deeply committed to helping you return to the level of function that makes you happy and whole. I am equally as passionate about seeing my 70 year-old patient regain her mobility and independence after I replace her arthritic shoulder as I am in helping my 37 year-old Crossfitter return to workouts and extended gardening duties following repair of his rotator cuff tear.

Early in my career I gained invaluable expertise by completing two separate intensive specialty training programs in complex shoulder surgery and sports medicine surgery. These fellowships, along with my ongoing focus upon staying current with the latest orthopaedic surgical techniques, have allowed me to possess the skill and expertise necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients. I will work with you one-on-one in clinic to arrive at the optimal approach to your orthopaedic problem, whether it be non-operative treatment such as physical therapy or, if necessary, surgery. I look forward to helping you!
