Dr. Sara Badano is an internist in Mooresville, NC currently employed by a large Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, which serves several counties in the area around Charlotte, NC and several counties of northern SC. She is licensed in both states. She will be taking her HMDC exam in March of 2025 and has been Board Certified in IM since 1998.
