- As a certified adult and forensic psychiatrist, I have dedicated over 12 years to delivering patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care across diverse environments such as hospitals, clinics, correctional facilities, and private practice.
I currently serve as the Chief Psychiatrist of Inpatient Services at Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, leading the clinical and administrative functions of two Inpatient psychiatric units. My professional focus lies in advancing psychiatry through education, research, and advocacy. I am committed to raising awareness about mental health and wellness in our community, and to aiding the recovery and resilience of individuals struggling with mental illness.
