Dr. Sandra Narayanan is a vascular and interventional neurologist with Pacific Neuroscience Institute in Santa Monica, CA. She received her medical degree from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2001 and has been in practice for 17 years. She is also fluent in Spanish and Malayalam.

Dr. Narayanan is experienced in adult and pediatric cerebral and spinal angiography, including a wide range of diagnostic/ interventional endovascular procedures and percutaneous spinal procedures. She is skilled in prehospital and acute stroke diagnosis and management, interpretation of noninvasive neuroimaging, telestroke assessments, and secondary stroke prevention and is passionate about teaching and mentoring.
