Summary
- I am board certified in Pediatrics, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDD), and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP). I established the NDD residency at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School and the DBP fellowship at Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO)/University of Colorado School of Medicine (UCSOM). I I also established the Section of Developmental Pediatrics at UCSOM/CHCO, where I served as Section Head, Medical Director, and DBP Fellowship Director. I am Director of JFK Partners and their University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities and Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Programs. I served on the Executive Committee of the Council on Children with Disabilities of the AAP, as well as Boards of Directors of AUCD and AAIDD. I am in the Steering Committee of the Developmental Behavioral Pediatric Research Network (DBPNet). I am interested in the area of children and youth with special health care needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.
