Dr. Samuel Dickmann is a physician and assistant professor at UF Health Family Medicine – Jonesville clinic. He previously worked in the telecommunications industry writing computer software for about ten years before leaving that position to pursue a medical career. Dr. Dickmann received his medical degree from the University of Florida where he later completed his residency in Family Medicine as well. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS), and his interests include care of chronic diseases, preventative medicine, outpatient procedures, and medical education. He serves as a faculty member with the UF College of Medicine, and he also rotates with the UF Family Medicine Residency Program on the inpatient teaching service at UF Health Shands hospital, caring for hospitalized patients.
