Summary

• I am a practicing Family Physician in Chicago with ten years of outpatient care and teaching. My model of practice is that of a direct patient care approach, which eliminates barriers that may exist between physician and patient. I take the time to listen to my patients' concerns, and feel this time is necessary to optimize patients' care. I am open to and support safe integrative methods of treatments, and I utilize an evidence-based approach to discussing multiple modalities of disease management. I treat patients of all ages, in addition to interests in adolescent health. Due to the importance of meeting both patients' goals as well as quality measures, I want to work in an environment that supports the physician-patient relationship and respects the time we all need to ensure the best care possible for our populations.
