• Dr Salar Deldar is a double board-certified, interventional pain medicine physician who specializes in non-surgical musculoskeletal medicine.
  
  Dr Deldar is the founder of Pacific Rehabilitation & Pain and is a Clinical Associate Professor at University of California - San Francisco (UCSF) in the Department of Neurological Surgery.
  
  Dr Deldar serves as the Associate Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP) and founded the Comprehensive Pain Center at Mee Memorial Hospital, the first pain medicine clinic in South Monterey County, where he also serves as Medical Director.
  
  He completed his residency at Stanford University, fellowship at Oregon Health Science University (OHSU), and attended the University of California - Berkeley and UAB School of Medicine for his undergraduate studies and medical studies, respectively.
