He completed his residency at Stanford University, fellowship at Oregon Health Science University (OHSU), and attended the University of California - Berkeley and UAB School of Medicine for his undergraduate studies and medical studies, respectively.
Throughout his professional career, Dr Deldar has held numerous national leadership positions in medical education, and has been involved in a variety of publications, lectures, and national presentations on topics in both pain medicine and sports medicine, including a reference in The New York Times.
