• Dr. Natarajan is an esteemed neurosurgeon in Southern California, recognized for his extensive training/ expertise that includes multiple fellowships in Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Neurointerventional Radiology, and Stereotactic Radiation Treatments for the brain and spine. He conducts bypass surgeries for the brain and performs microvascular decompression to alleviate facial pain syndromes. His work also encompasses venous disorders of the brain and spine.

Tumors of the brain, skull base, and spine, which include intraaxial brain tumors like glioblastomas (GBMs) and brain metastases, as well as skull base tumors such as meningiomas, acoustic neuromas, and pituitary tumors. Other types of tumors he addresses are chordomas, chondrosarcomas, Chiari malformations, pineal tumors, intraventricular tumors, and craniopharyngioma.
