Summary

• Dr Eubanks was born and raised in Portland Oregon where he attended Portland State University graduating with the Intent of attending Medical School. He first perused a career in information technology and worked as an network administrator while applying to medical School. He was accepted and attended Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona and went on to complete residency at Valleywise Medical in General Surgery.
  
  His interest in complex reconstructive surgery took him to pursue further training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Wayne State University in Michigan. There he spent time focusing on breast, facial, upper and lower extremity reconstruction. He developed a further interest in upper extremity reconstruction and went on to attended fellowship training in Hand and Microsurgery at the Hand Center of San Antonio.
  
  In his free time Dr Eubanks enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, scuba diving, snowboarding and traveling around the world with his wife!
