I treat Obesity Medicine and Craving-Related dependencies including food and tobacco. I have a background in Clinical Research and it was the science and safety concerns behind the development of complicated prescribed medications that lead to my passion to care for the patients who need it most. I believe every patient is a unique individual. I also believe in integeration of natural medications with physician oversight. I seed a strong penchant for the care of patients with acute and chronic health issues and my goal is to work with body’s innate ability to heal itself and rastore the balance my patinets need to be optimal in their life. I worked as a Toxicologist prior to embarking the field of medicine as a Physician, and subsequently pay extra attention to the balancing act of benefits and side effects of medications for my patients. I attended University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey/ Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. A native of Virginia, I grew up in 6 different countries and can fluently speak a few other languages besides English that include Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi. I love seeing my patients and am a strong believer that a strong communication is at the heart of patient treatment.
