Dr. Roderick Saxey is a retired radiologist now living in Indiana where he serves as a volunteer Area Medical Advisor for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He completed his medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1980, followed by an internship and residency in radiology at David Grant Medical Center. He has expertise in pneumonia and has published work on sonographic findings in crossed renal ectopia without fusion and on language in reputable journals like AJR Am J Roentgenol and JAMA. He has also authored several books on non-medical topics, most recently a novel titled, GROWING UP TOUGH.
