- I am currently retired after 30 years serving the Medical Needs of various communities in Western NY. I spent 28 of those 30 years in Primary Care @ Family Health Medical Services, PLLC (in my hometown of Mayville, NY, Population 2,500). For my entire career, I also worked full or part time at various ER's and Urgent Care Facilities in the Southern Tier of Western New York. I also spent 20 years (part time) as the Medical Provider for the Chautauqua County Jail inmates, located in Mayville.
