- I am a primary care physician with training in public health, who currently uses modern technology to assist the elderly in the patients homes. We use the Electronic health record, skype, mobile phones and laptops to connect from the patients home to my office and assist the visiting nurse or physician assistant to provide instructions for the patients health.
