Summary
- As an experienced general surgeon with over a decade of private practice, I am facile with open, endoscopic, emergency, and trauma surgeries. My expertise extends to colorectal, endocrine, reflux, and hernia cases, as well as bread-and-butter general surgery. My patient-centric approach aims for optimal outcomes, utilizing robotic and minimally invasive techniques to accelerate healing and recovery. As previous trauma director, chief of surgery, and multi-committee member, our teams have honed in-hospital workflow knowledge and implemented protocols to enhance patient care. Additionally, my leadership roles in state and county medical associations reflect commitment to improving community health and policy. Finally, I have received teaching awards and continue to instruct students of all types. I look to continue excellent bedside, OR, community, and in-hospital team based care.
