Multicenter OSA Quality Improvement in Type II DM presenting to Ophthalmology clinic.8% Patients Dx. OSA. 58% of SH patients (n=31) and 59% (n=28) of KH patients were found to have STOPBANG severe OSA risk scores. Additional KH audit questionnaire (n=24). All the undiagnosed patients recalled not being asked about sleepiness, tiredness, snoring by any healthcare worker at anytime.2015 - 2017
