I am a board certified physiatrist and specialize in vascular pain syndromes. My background is in health care delivery systems. I have extensive knowledge and experience with full-risk managed care in the 1990's to remote-home care delivery models via telemedicine and dispatched services. I operate an R&D division from Alabama where we are piloting primary and specialized care delivery models using home health, telemedicine, mobile imaging, and rapid laboratory diagnostics specifically for the aged population.
