Summary
- I am an ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon with extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive ophthalmic plastic surgery.
I have a special interest in patients with facial paralysis and have treated over 5000 such patients. I have also pioneered surgical techniques for making the paralyzed eyelid blink and close again, and for correcting defects in brow, lid, and cheek position. I have 42 publications.
I am a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at USC-Keck School of Medicine, and a Charter Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic and Reconstructive Surgery. I trained at Columbia College, Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York University, and the University of Southern California.
It is my goal to provide the best personalized solution for each patient's problem, with thoughtfulness and empathy.
