He also holds a Master's in Public Health from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Care Policy and Delivery Institute at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr. Harris is a diagnostic radiologist at Allegheny Health Network and the Allegheny Clinic. He previously served as a professor of Radiology at Dartmouth, University of Iowa, University of Washington, and most recently the University of Southern California. His research and clinical expertise include OB-GYN ultrasound, global health, interventional ultrasonography, and point-of-care ultrasonography. He has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, presented at invited national and international lectures, and has been recognized as a fellow by multiple radiology societies.
