- Dr. Fanelli heads the Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery for The Guthrie Clinic, Ltd. where he is developing an advanced foregut and hindgut service. He has started an endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) program to support The Guthrie Clinic Cancer Center, and is developing a mixed-specialty interventional endoscopy service and an integrated Digestive Health Center.
