Dr. Dugger completed his BA at the University of Miami and his MD at the State University of New York’s Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Dugger did his residency and fellowship training at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine affiliated Bronx Care Health System where he was Resident of the Year and Chief Fellow. He obtained his MPH from New York Medical College and performed research at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health where he published extensively cited research.
