• Dr. Robert Auerbach is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and been actively involved in women’s health care for almost forty years.
  
  A Phi Beta Kappa/Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of the Lehigh-Drexel 6-year BA-MD program, he completed his OB/GYN residency at Yale and subsequently was a member of the school of medicine clinical faculty. Holding key positions in medical student and resident education, Dr. Auerbach was the recipient of Yale’s Francis Gilman Blake Award as the most outstanding teacher of the medical sciences and elected to the medical school’s Society of Distinguished Teachers. He continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member and an Executive Board Member of the Center for Biomedical Innovation and Technology (CBIT) at Yale.
  
  In 2005, Dr. Auerbach joined the medical device industry with CooperSurgical, a wholly owned subsidiary of CooperCompanies (NYSE: COO). CooperSurgical’s mission is to deliver impactful solutions that improve healthcare for the benefit of women, babies, and families with key call points including the obstetrics & gynecology office, labor & delivery, operating room, and infertility suite. Dr. Auerbach held Executive Vice President positions including Chief Medical Officer and Chief Strategy Officer prior to being appointed President.
  
  Upon his retirement from CooperSurgical, Dr. Auerbach joined the Board of Directors of OCON Therapeutics, Escala Medical, May Health, Empress Medical as remaining an advisor to CooperSurgical and GestVision.
