Richard Handley currently serves as Chief Operating Officer to Wells World Services, LLC, an international medical corporation, providing occupational medicine services to US employees working abroad. In 2020 he graduated from the Harvard Medical School with a Master's degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety as well as completed an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Board Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. His military experience spans twelve years combined service in both the Colorado Air National Guard and U.S. Navy, where he ultimately earned a commission as a Navy Medical Service Corps Officer.
