  • Dr. Reyna Niner is an English- and Spanish-speaking family physician who provides holistic, trauma-informed, and patient-centered preventative and primary care for all. Procedures range from screening, surveillance and diagnostic endoscopy to joint and myofascial trigger point injection to LARC placement and removal. Dr. Niner has experience with routine prenatal care and primary care for racial and sexual minority patients, patients living with HIV or hepatitis, and patients with psychosocial and medical complexity.

    Involved with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Tennessee Medical Association (TMA), and Floating Doctors (https://floatingdoctors.com), Dr. Niners strives to advance social equity, sustainability, biodiversity, wellness, and health as a human right.

    Dr. Niner's hobbies include fusion and Latin dance, martial arts, travel, cultural exploration, adventure sports, hiking, foraging, gardening, cooking, reading, writing, creating art, DIY repairing, and connecting with and supporting their extended family across the USA and Panama.

    Dr. Niner graduated from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Medicine in 2020 with a doctor of medicine degree, the Preliminary Year in Internal Medicine Program at UTHSC in 2021, and the North Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program in 2023 with training tracks in Rural Medicine, Wholistic Medicine, and Global Health.
