Rekha Halligan, MD, is a Nephrologist based in Moon Township, PA. She completed her fellowship in Nephrology at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital from 1997 to 2000 and her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from 1993 to 1996. She graduated from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in 1993. Dr. Halligan is currently the Medical Director of Utilization Management at Optum Home and Community, Transitions, a role she has held since 2021.
