I am an integrative cardiologist and physician executive with a track record of excellence in cardiovascular practice and ascending levels of responsibility in diverse healthcare settings. As an experienced professional, I led multi-disciplinary teams with up to 30 reports and championed digital health technology, practice model innovation, and team collaboration in my local and national leadership roles. I continue to participate in all cardiac imaging modalities, including nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac CT. My current executive role is in a value-based care organization, focusing on strategic population-health initiatives for Medicare Advantage. My core capabilities include strong decision-making capacity, clinical and operational experience in multi-stakeholder healthcare environments, data and business analytics skills, digital health transformation, VUCA, and agile leadership.
