Dr. Gensure received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University before completing her MD and Ph.D. degrees at Rutgers, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the John A. Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah. Following residency, Dr. Gensure completed a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Casey Eye Institute at the Oregon Health & Science University, receiving subspecialty training in the medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous disease.
