- I am a clinical assistant professor in pediatric anesthesiology at the University of Michigan, the Director of Pediatric Neuroanesthesia, and the Level 1 Trauma / Burn Liaison for the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. As the Assistant Director of Medical Student Education, I am passionate about medical student education within anesthesiology and creating inclusive spaces in the perioperative clinical settings for all learners. I am also dedicated to providing trauma-informed care for children requiring repeated encounters with the perioperative environment such as trauma patients, and those with chronic diseases.
