• I am the Residency Program Director for the Forrest General Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Hattiesburg, MS. I received my medical degree from the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. I completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Washington Family Medicine Residency Network in Vancouver, Wash. I obtained a healthcare-focused Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Lastly, I completed a second residency in Preventive Medicine/Occupational & Environmental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
  
  I am double board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. I am active in clinical and quality improvement research with a focus on prevention. I serve on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Occupational & Environmental Medicine (JOEM).
