Summary

• I am an Neurologist and well-experienced in Epilepsy and Neurophysiology with several boards certification. I serve as Division Chief of Epilepsy and Medical Director of the Neurophysiology Lab for the multi-disciplinary Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Level 4 Epilepsy Center in New Brunswick, NJ. We provide scientific-based and high quality care for patients with all types of epilepsy (e.g. the first seizure to uncontrolled disabling seizures). We use the latest diagnostics and the safest and most effective therapies (including new medications, neurostimulation devices, laser ablative, resection and other brain surgeries).
  
  I provide new epilepsy therapeutics and trials to patients of New Jersey and the region.
  
  I serve as Program Director for the Epilepsy Fellowship at Rutgers RWJMS.
  
  I serve as Director of the inpatient General Neurology Consultation Service and Quality and Safety for Neurology Dept projects at Rutgers RWJUH New Brunswick. I participate in general neurology in-patient care.
  
  I have formal Masters degree research-training (biostatistics, epidemiology), have directed several clinical trials in seizures and epilepsy, and have director roles in medical student education and been a core faculty for residents.
  
  Research interests include epilepsy, EEG, critical care neuro-prognostication, medical education, and improving health care delivery.
