Dr. Rafael Romeu-Mejia is a physiatrist (PMR) and Brain Injury Medicine board-certified specialist in Downey, CA, and is affiliated with Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. He received his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and has been in practice for 5 years. He speaks Spanish (primary language) and English.
