Rachel Jones Deffendall NP

Summary

• Rachel Deffendall is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She was born and raised in Lebanon, graduated from Cumberland University BSN nursing program in 2003 and MTSU MSN program with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) in 2014. She has prior nursing experience in ER, ICU, pediatric ER, and cardiac Cath lab. She worked as a flight nurse and paramedic with Vanderbilt LifeFlight for nearly 10 years and was an associate instructor with the Emergency Medicine airway/cadaver labs. She has led instruction for ENA National Conference.
  
  As a nurse practitioner she has had focuses in acute care, surgery, endocrine, wound care and aesthetics. She opened The Beaumont Med Spa in 2023 to offer you an individualized plan of care with services focusing on bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT), weight loss and management, IV hydration and vitamin replacement, peptide therapy, facial dermal fillers, botox and customized skin care.
  
  She was featured as a Woman of Wellness by Lebanon City LifeStyle and was recognized as the 2023 Best Nurse Practitioner by Main Street Awards.
