• Dr. Rachel Calhoun Coughlin is a pediatrician in Charlotte, North Carolina at Levine Children's Hospital. She previously served the community of Memphis, TN 2021-2023 as a palliative care attending physician at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, Medical Director of the QoLA Kids Pediatric Hospice, and Associate Program Director for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program.
