    Dr. Williams has extensive experience in the implementation of healthcare technology, clinical process redesign, consumer market strategy development, and clinical adoption strategy development for leading hospital systems here in the United States and around the world. Currently Trenor is leading engagements for the Clinovations team at MedStar Health and serving as the Medical Director for eHealthDC Technical Assistance. Dr. Williams is also an experienced speaker and regularly presents to hospitals and clinical leaders on these topics.

    Dr. Williams has led and supported engagements for Advanced Clinical Information Systems Implementations in both Inpatient and Ambulatory organizations. He has also helped organizations implement and optimize Computerized Physician Order Entry and develop strategies for achieving both clinical and financial return on investment from these projects. He has both national and international experience in facilitating change for large diversified stakeholder groups for multiple projects including CIS optimizations and hospital and community care redesigns. Trenor spent time in England working with the National Health Service and helped develop the national benefits that every hospital will be measured on and also helped healthcare communities redesign clinical care pathways for specific disease states in order to deliver improved and more efficient care. He has helped develop physician adoption and clinical transformation methodologies and helped lead physician engagement initiatives.
