- I am board certified by the American Board of Surgery with an expertise in Colorectal Surgery. I specialize in the management of colon and rectal cancer. I also specialize in the management of benign colon and rectal diseases such as diverticulitis. I treat patients suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction, offering a comprehensive approach to problems like constipation, incontinence and pelvic prolapse. I also specialize in the care of people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) including Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease. I work closely with gastroenterologists and medical oncologists in a multidisciplinary approach to create treatment plans that are customized to my patients. I also manage anorectal disorders including fistulas, fissures and hemorrhoidal disease. My passion involves robotic and laparoscopic surgery to offer my patients the best recovery after surgery. I also perform screening and surveillance colonoscopy for my patients.
