- Dr. Priscilla Slanetz is a Boston-based radiologist sub-specializing in breast imaging. She graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1991 and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in breast imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital. She also holds an MPH in health policy and management from the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Slanetz is currently a Professor of Radiology at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and holds various leadership positions in the Department of Radiology at Boston Medical Center, and nationally with the Association of Academic Radiology, the American College of Radiology and the Society of Breast Imaging. Her expertise lies in breast magnetic resonance imaging, breast intervention, digital breast tomosynthesis, contrast-enhanced mammography, and artificial intelligence. She has authored over 270 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has been recognized with multiple honors, including the ACER Achievement Award in 2020, the APDR Achievement Award in 2023, the AAWR Marie Sklodowska-Curie Award in 2024, and the Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition in 2025.
