Pouya Entezami MD MS

Summary

• Dr. Entezami grew up in Ann Arbor and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan in his hometown with a degree in Neurosciences. He remained at his alma mater to pursue his research interests in peripheral nerve surgery and virology. Following the completion of his MD at the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Ohio, Dr. Entezami pursued his neurosurgical training at Albany Medical Center in New York. He spent additional time pursuing a Masters in Clinical Investigation to hone in on his research endeavors, while contributing numerous works into publication.
  
  He remained at Albany Medical Center to complete his subspecialty training in Endovascular Neurosurgery, focusing on minimally invasive and innovative techniques to tackle challenging cerebrovascular disorders such as aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, and others. During his training, he spent time operating in Christchurch, New Zealand, expanding the breadth of his surgical knowledge. He is proud to be back in his home state to deliver care to patients.
