Dr. Pooja Saigal specializes in Family Medicine with a subspecialty in Integrative Medicine. She completed her medical education at Northwestern University in 2008, followed by a residency in family medicine at The University of Chicago (NorthShore) and a fellowship in integrative medicine at University of Arizona. She has also completed 3 fellowships in teaching and leadership. Dr. Saigal has extensive experience in integrative medicine, family medicine, and hospital medicine, having worked at Endeavor Health from 2011 to 2023; she also served as a faculty member and eventually as the associate program director in the family medicine residency for The University of Chicago. Currently, she serves as an integrative medicine physician and medical director at Life Transformation Integrative Medicine.
