- Dr. Seibell is owner of OCD and Anxiety Psychiatry of Westchester, P.C., where he provides expert treatment for OCD/related conditions, as well as anxiety disorders. He provides both medication management and cognitive-behavioral therapy/exposure and response prevention. Dr. Seibell also welcomes collaborations with referring providers/therapists. He has given numerous presentations at national conferences, has published an OCD treatment manual through the British Medical Journal Group, and has published many professional papers. He works closely with each client to provide individualized, state-of-the-art care.
Dr. Seibell received his medical degree from Rutgers and completed psychiatry residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where he trained with Dr. Eric Hollander’s group. After residency, he was the primary psychiatrist/CBT therapist for the OCD/related conditions Center of Excellence at Mount Sinai. He then developed an outpatient service at Weill-Cornell Medical College that focused on OCD and related conditions, and graduated from the IOCDF’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute. In addition, Dr. Seibell was most recently on staff at Rogers Behavioral Health-Tampa Bay, where he worked closely with Dr. Eric Storch and played a key role in the success of Rogers' first remote startup intensive treatment programs for OCD, related conditions, and anxiety disorders.
