Summary
- I am the Medication Access Program Director for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In this role, I leverage all available manufacturer assistance programs (PAP, copay cards, etc.) to help indigent, uninsured, and underinsured patients gain access to needed medications. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and a Master’s in Business Administration from Campbellsville University. I started my pharmacy career as the Director of Pharmacy at a rural hospital in Central Kentucky for several years before moving to West Africa for three and a half years to work in various pharmacy and educational roles, where I still consult from time to time. I have been in my current role since May 2017. My passion for the underserved community has helped shape my career. It is my desire to streamline pharmacy services to create the best outcomes at the least cost.
