• Dr. Phillip Blevins is a retired plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his medical degree from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1967. He specialized in aesthetic/cosmetic plastic surgery, hand surgery, head & neck surgery, and wound healing. He was also experienced in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction. Dr. Blevins was an Associate Professor of Surgery at The University of Kentucky Medical School and a Professor of Surgery at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. He also had a very successful private practice of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Lexington, Kentucky and Jackson, Mississippi.
