- I am retired from my military career as flight surgeon, public health officer, senior reviewer for SECAF for Invisible Wounds (TBI and PTSD) and commander (20 years.) Additionally, I am retired from state career ((April 2018) as an MD MPH MMA neuropsychiatrist, child psychiatrist and forensic administrator (20 yrs credit.)
